RE: workout thread
Push-ups: 60 about 2-3 times a week in sets of 20.

bicep curls: 20+ twice a week

Hand grippers: Constantly changing. I can easily do 100+ so I need to up the weight. Alternative: Squeeze tennis ball for about 20 reps per arm

Scissor kicks: 30

One leg squats: 20

Pull ups: 20

RE: workout thread
usually do 3 days in the gym so split the weights up like:

3 sets of 12 reps for: (one day)
Bicep curls
Dips
Pull-ups
Lateral Pull-down
one-arm dumbbell rows(usually 15 reps)
another one that works shoulder, chest and possibly biceps..dont know name.

- Run for maybe 10 minutes and cycle for 10 minutes

3 sets of 12 reps for: (one day)
bench press
shoulder press
seated row machine
squats sometimes

- run 10minutes bike 10

then one day for legs, weighted calf-raises and then just the machines that work the rest.
And I try to do abs those days too.
On saturdays then we do scissor kicks, squats, dips, crunches, push-ups, mountain climbers, burpees and what not in training.

Today, however, I did sweet fuck all since I'm nice and hung-over. good thing i've work in 2 hours Smiley-grin

No Gimmicks

RE: workout thread
I have been working out for almost 5 weeks. I take one or two rest days depending if I am feeling sore as fuck. What I do is work my upper body 3-4 times a week and my lower body (mainly running) 2 times a week. I workout for at least 90 minutes to 2 hours when I do upper body and from 40 mins to 70 mins for my lower body. I mainly use resistance bands, the perfect push-up thing and just my body strength.
