Word to Chino, I love writings like that, I do a bit myself.

My view on what 'truth' is, is simple: IT'S THE OPPOSITE TO FALSE

Many of you probably thinkin' 'that's one bullsh*t answer'...
So you probably wanna know how I define 'false' and how I define 'truth'...
Well the first and foremost important thing is that no matter who you are, you must accept that humans can fathom everything we think of or try to think of, in other words, some sh*t we understand and some sh*t we simply don't.

Regarding what truth is... Truth is not the same as fact

"1+1=2" - that is TRUTH and is a FACT
"1+1=3" - that is FALSE and is NOT a FACT
If I said, "This is a lie: 1+1=3" - that IS TRUTH and IS a FACT
Everything word matters on 2 things: the context it is used in and the perspective it is used in

Example: "I am the fastest runner"
- Context: out of all the cats on my street
- Perspective: MY analysis and opinion


Now coming more closer to the topic and about what Chino said...

what is wisdom and what is not

it seems like the knowledge we gain almost always has a small piece missing like a puzzle, and sometimes we still think of it as the full truth, and in turn the true knowledge

My view regarding obtaining truth is that, the truth is there and is obtainable, it always has been and always will be... Think about it, when a human cannot find the truth that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Example, why the f**k do thousands of people march the streets on 9/11 in support for '9/11 Truth.org', 'Inside Job' and organisations like that? because they want the truth and they know that some muthaf**ka is holding it from them, not that it doesn't exist.

Another straight up example... when a 5 year old kid cries in the streets of Ghazza coz he's telling his Mum to wake up but his Mum isn't responding coz she has a bullet through her head... and when the kid asks 'who shot my Umi?, Ya Allah who shot my Umi?'... There is an answer, and there is a truth to the answer...

I AM NOT SAYING THAT THE ANY ANSWER GIVEN WILL BE THE TRUTH, I AM SAYING THAT A SPECIFIC ANSWER IS THE TRUTH - THERE'S ONLY ONE TRUTH TO IT. (Don't get that confused with 'facts', there can be many facts AND still be counted as ONE truth)

So regarding if 'truth' can be obtained? Yes, it can be... but at a cost... that cost can be someone's life or that cost can simply be the breath used to ask for the truth... it can be anything.


Comparing if we can obtain 'truth' in the likeness of if we can or cannot 'obtain God', whatever that may mean, is another topic all together because you must know what God is/means in order to ask if we can 'obtain God'


Talking about how much truth we are able to attain in terms of it being like a puzzle with a piece missing - This is how I see it, check it this example:


STATEMENTS
[Subject] "I am a black woman"

[Subject] "I am a white-man"

A blind person (if he or she has hands) may be able to identify whether the the person in subject is a male or female simply by detecting if there is a presence or mis-presence of a certain body part E.g. breasts, penis, etc. BUT the blind person will never be able to identify whether the person in subject is black or white... UNLESS the blind person is told (if they can hear) by another person if the subject is black or white... yet here it simply will be the choice of the blind person to reject to BELIEVE the answer (black/white) as the truth or to accept to BELIEVE the answer (black/white) as the truth..... yet whatever happens the blinds person will NEVER have the COMPLETE to truth the statements.

So in conclusion to that, they only reason for a person to not attain complete truth would be because they simply do not have the ability to attain the full truth... some of us have the ability, some of us don't... and if a person HAS THE ABILITY then there shall be nothing on earth to stop that person from attaining the FULL TRUTH.


As for 'wisdom' and what it is and what it isn't...

To me, 'wisdom' is knowledge which is logically sought about... it enlightens another person due to its conscious meaning and effects.
I think that any given wisdom will not be the same between two minds because the logic of the knowledge is specific and different for each mind, meaning the understanding, consciousness and interpretation of the knowledge will be different to everyone.
What 'wisdom' isn't?... well think logically, the things that go against your knowledge in ways which ONLY you may understand - that thing is not-wisdom... it is called 'a different interpretation'.


About the quote that Chino posted:

I just wanna say that this is ONE OF METHODS of gaining knowledge... it is not the only way. There are literally COUNTLESS METHODS of gaining knowledge because a method used by one person may not be the same as the method used by another person... AND even if the method is the same, there will ALWAYS be a different approach to it by another person.

Finally about my view on all of this and about gaining knowledge... It's simple, The Holy Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him said:

Obligatory means incumbent, compulsory, necessary... simple as that.

Yes, a question does not exist without an answer... yet the knowledge or the ability (physical/mental) to answer may not exist in someone.
