I know a guy who knows a guy who heard a guy talk about how he knew a guy that was friends with a guy who saw a guy buy drugs. So I think I am more than qualified too.

I don't think they are all bastards, at least here. But if we agreed that they are, why would that equate to all drug dealers being bastards too?

how are cops any different from drug dealers? soldiers? pharmaceutical salesmen? the man who drives the truck with cigarettes? liquor shop owners?

who are we to blame- the people in the system or the people running the system?

Okay, thanks, I was just wondering what you were getting at with the question.

Well I think we can blame the people running the system for the state of how everything is, but we can't blame every action on them. For example some cops are fucking corrupt assholes simply because, well they're assholes with power.
