well i had been getting 5 minus sleep on every week night in the past 6 or so days... but i got 15 last night and it hasn't helped.

Interestingly enough, lack of salt is what causes muscle cramps. It was either the Dallas Cowboys or the Philly Eagles that told their players to drink pickle juice to get rid of cramps, during one of their playoff runs in the 90s. If you drink too much you can dehydrate yourself.

True story. I'm full of these sports/fitness related facts.
