On the godfather one id cut some of the drums or cut a few cords from the piano cus it sounds too messy. Its like the drums and the piano dont go too well together, go for a simpler drum pattern.

Other than that very nice.

man if u do not use midi files as a base...
from what I heard I can say that you are pretty good in playing keyboard or programing melodies...I guess these are the options, coz it doesn't sound like u have used normal sample-loops , the sound is too reasonish for my ears... anyway according to me the melodic part is khool everywhere , but I can't say the same for the percussions... except in the last 2 tracks which are much better in all aspects. in the others they just don't fit right with the instruments u have chosen (you should select each element very carefully so the lows, highs and mids all sound good and ofcourse go in the same tempo)... in most tracks the drums and claps u use sound almost the same, and you use the same trick in different tracks for bridge moments...the problem is when u do this with the switching of the drums even just for a bar or 2 the sound levels have to be balanced otherwise this fucks up the rest of the progression of the tracks...
according to me your beats also miss atmosphere & or 'groovy' space... here or there u can put some reverb , and some fx or background sound samples and play with the EQ...

first of all some of them are based on midi files... well the godfather one is a midi file which i had to re-play then on a virtual piano base... i enjoy sampelin' and tryin to change melodies or put some samples together... the problem with the drums is i dont have anything to change them or to create virtual drums so i first have to get the drums and then the melody and try to put it together.. to be honest i dont use any programs like reason or fl studio .. i simly do everything with music maker and it took me about 3-4 hours for all of them together. i never did "makin beats" before.. i just had a bit experience with reason and good music maker experience... and for the fx and atmosphere.. thats something i put in the tracks after i have the acapellas and put them together so i can make it more personal for everyone on the track ... BUT i am no "beat-maker" ha ha i can put acapellas and instrumentals together so i contribute with that part to the mixtape and then i tried to make some beats cause i thought it was boring to use tech beats or beats everyone knows so u only can make the track worse ^^

the two last ones are my favorite. The guitar in the second last one, and just the slow but "dark" though of the last instrumental are nuts. Good job. I can see a community like this be able to spit a couple of bars over those with dope flow.
