The Original Bible and Torah is sacred in Islam, though in Islam it is believed to be corrupted, that means that men have changed the books so suit their own goals etc. But yes, in the end we view them as texts original sent by God.

The number 2 definition says another word for Jew but again that doesn't men Judaism is a race.
