Not really of Islam, but both Judaism and Christianity have really violent past, in the bible it talks about Yahweh killing whole communities and such, some real beautiful stuff.

I think they recognise it as a religious text but don't follow it. Yeah, the bible has some prety fucked up shit, I went to some dumb ass bible study classes and I learned of shit like leviticus and all that other horrible stuff.
