YOU ARE what you eat!
Everyone knows, you are what you eat, food is very important in our life. It not only gives us energy, but also makes us healthy depending on what you eat.
The food you buy in the Supermarket is up to one week old, traveled 1500 to 2000 to get there, and lost 60% of its nutritions already. Fertilizers - Fertilizers are made up of most likely three minerals, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium, sounds nice, but soil requires up to 52 different minerals. Mass production is to blame and it doesnt reallu matter if you eat organic or not in that case. Why is this important to know? I saw many users saying that Communism and Socialism is wanted by a so called Elite to control us, while you find often stuff about poisned food, chemtrails etc on their propaganda webpages. This however, is not to blame on a elite that wants to kill us, this is to blame on the current market and what the majority wants. This my friends is Capitalism. Therefore the defense mechanism of plants is weakened and the industry needs to buy pestizides which are not good for you and again kill the nutritions. Plants and Fruits are best eaten uncooked to keep enzyms alive which will help ur digestive system. Eatin cooked food will cause your body to react to it as toxins. Because of that, your immunsystem shuts down which causes you to be sick more often and you will probably need a pill for everything you have. This is exactly what the pharmaindustry wants, and if you think this will help you then your wrong, it affects your brain and your full potential to use it. So my last word to it, EAT HEALTHY FOR THE REVOLUTION! It makes you smarter, stronger and healthier. Dont eat meat, humans are not made for meat, the first time humans started eating meat was during a long dry period in our early history, it was an alternative to survive. It is also addicting just like cigarettes. Try to eat uncooked vegetables and fruits localy or natural grown. AT LEAST GIVE IT A TRY AND THINK OF IT AS A REVOLUTIONARY CAUSE. Cacao beans are one of the best nutrition sources for you, and I mean the beans not chocolate. Being Rich: The capability to waste what others need to survive! |

there is nothing unnatural about eating meat, one look at our teeth and u can tell we are not herbivores we are carnivores,

Actually, one look at our teeth and you will see that we are omnivores, not carnivores or herbivores. Made so we can eat both meat and veggies.

Our intestines for example are way longer than those of carnivours and those so called omnivours who can eat meat on a regular basis. Anotrher fact is the shape of our body, it is not made to hunt like omnivores or carnivores can. We had to come up with inventions to rest our lust of meat. So yeah in the beginning humans ate meat but only of already dead animals killed by other factors than humans. Wrong. early humans were short and stumpy, but over time man developed long legs as a result of the need to run faster to catch the animals we're hunting. We invented spears, bows and arrows, etc to help us catch our prey. In fact many experts believe that we developed language simply as a result of the need to communicate while hunting. Actually, the food you should be eating is all relative to your type of blood.
Different blood types have specific types of food the person should and should not be eating. My uncle has type-O blood and the physician gave him a book listing all the food to eat and avoid; he needs to eat things like potatoes and wheat bread but he shouldn't be eating meat.
