Why do people pay for bibles? Not a diss but they are so easy to get for free. Who the hell gets the profit from the bible sales?

Im sure the bible isnt a best seller but probibly the most read.

Yea exactly. I am pretty sure you can just walk into a church and ask for one and they will give you a copy.

The Bible's a collection of books so technically the Christians are cheating. It almost feels like Hamish pulled this thread straight from reddit.

The Bible is an interesting book, but its highly immoral also in some respects. Its validation of slavery for instance. Theres a distinction between Old and New Testamennts but I wonder why Christ sought to validate a belief based on the Old Testament ?
