A conspiracy Theory is a theory based on conspiracy... so how is it different?
If you mean the general ideas of the most accepted theory, then yes...most likely, the majority of it is BS

I don't mind people believing in Illuminati but I see people shouting Illuminati in every video that I watch these days, I find it strange too that there are constantly pyramids with one eye in them, but that doesn't prove that the Illuminati exist. Wait that's not what this topic is about is it?

A conspiracy theory is an allegation or claim of a conspiracy. A conspiracy is when it has been ascertained that something underhand took place.
