Mayan Calender- True or Not
I have always been interested in this 2012 conspiracy surronding the predictions of the Mayan Calender. Can anyone she some light on this subject, or answer some questions about what the calender actually says and, if anything does happen, what will happen?

RE: Mayan Calender- True or Not
Clearly what 2012 is about is the Mayan's predicted that Sarah Palin would run in the presidential election and win. Hence the references to the end of the world because in his outrage, God would manifest his disappointedness in our stupidity into the shape of a planet called Nibiru and smack us into oblivion.

RE: Mayan Calender- True or Not
In my research, the Mayan calendar DOES NOT end on December 21, 2012. It's supposed to be a galactic phenomenon about the alignment of the sun and center of the galaxy, which supposedly happened already, and the end of a cycle. It's the marking of the winter solstice. I remember an old special on History Channel that said the same thing, but now, History Channel would say otherwise.

That was why I stopped watching the History Channel, Rebel. lol I used to watch it religiously, then I kept seeing too much religion and Nostradamus. I only watch Pawn Shop now Smiley-grin

I remember reading about that frankiee, but I didn't pay it no mind. I never saw the connection between the end of Christianity in it nor did I understand it so...we're on the same boat. lol

lol well basically, you know the little Jesus Christ symbol? aka the "fish" it was taken from astronomy, and it represents the Pisces era of astronomy, and around 2012 that era will end and Libra era will begin.

That makes sense.

I always thought the fish was part of the nasorean/ Essenes symbolism. In any case christianity, or any religion for that matter will never really end if people contine to get their self esteem and morals from others rather than themselves.

That picture is exactly what I always thought, they just never finished because the europeans destroyed them before they could continue.

RE: Mayan Calender- True or Not
The calendar never ends, Yael. The 2012 date is like a new cycle. Kinda like how 1999 turns into 2000 and so on.
