Nothing was 'unjoined' at the big bang, at the 'BIG BANG' stage there was an expansion of matter and energy. The EARTH wasn't even around until 9 billion years after the 'big bang' phase LOL As for heaven no such phenomenon has been observed ever !

a) It hasnt. Not even the most learned scientists will say that they know all scientific phenomena. Thats absurd. New scientific theories are being discussed,explored and tested

b) The Quran does NOT describe all scientific phenomena. Perhaps you'd like to point out where in the Quran it discusses Antimatter catalyzed nuclear pulse propulsion or perhaps nuclear chain reaction- or dinosaurs.....?

A generality can encompass a range - of course it throws its net wide. Science attempts to define the specific and then further validate through empirical evidence to prove. From a knowledge point of view science improves upon religion - but then its function is different.
