RE: Is there under the ocean waves?
@Raheem

that's precisely why that branch of physics is called 'theoretical'

@aqib

I like how you don't reply to the factuallity in the original post
i did, this new tactic is retrospective evidentialism is a new branch of apologetics.

First of all, this post is regarding Islam, not any other religion.

Islam is a religion too and like follows of other religions some muslims try to cherry prick science to support their faith. I stated this to show how desperate and feeble the attempts of other religionists are

You asked some pretty retarded questions, here are some logical answers:

retarted enough for you to make a puerile attempt to answer them...AMRITE?
how do you know you're logic is logical?

There is a difference between science and religion.

So why do eninn & other muslims making a scientific claims sherlock ?

as for the quran it's full of scientific claims, pregnant virgins is a biological claim, the origins of humans is a biological claim,. the creation of the universe is cosmological claim, do i really need to give u more examples?

Even though the Quran was right

No the quran is wrong in many places. This is one example. According to the quran there no such thing as hermaphrodites

http://www.immortaltechnique.co.uk/Threa...#pid154823

Even though the Quran was right, it couldn't be proven until modern technology made it possible

why did the quran have to wait for man to create technology to verify it?

why do all these omnipotent, all powerful deities need mere mortal fallible men to do their work for them ?

one of the main reasons Arabia was ahead in terms of astronomy (also quite good at anatonomy and medicin) was because of the Quran

The western have always been ignorant enough to ignore all achiviements made by other civilizations.

Many people form the 'VEHST acknowledge the golden age.

Some muslims love getting nostalgic about what they did donkey years ago but what have any islamic/arab civlisations discovered in the last 500 years ?

2. Every single fact in the Quran will eventually be discovered by scientists.

I didn't ask 'when' or 'if' scientists is will eventually discover it, I asked, 'What scienctific facts are in the quran, but have not yet been discovered by scientists'?

Now please provide me with some science in the quran which we are unaware of.

3. How is this relevant to whether the facts shown in the Quran are real or not? Stupid question.

caling a question 'stupid ' is a great way of dodging having to answer it. Standard apologetics tactic.

Now please tell me(with examples) of instances when someone has read part of the quran, that has led them to any kind of invention, discovery, or innovation

@eninn
It looks like you are copying and pasting from islamic missionary sites. if you're gonna do a copy and paste job, at least paraphrase mate, Can one of the admins check if this is a bot ?

I'll just spend 2 mins debunking one of your claims.

"Do not the unbelievers see that the Heavens and the earth were joined together, then We split them apart." (21:30)

you really shooting yourself in the foot with this cos this shows how the quran is INCORRECT. Nothing was 'unjoined' at the big bang, at the 'BIG BANG' stage there was an expansion of matter and energy. The EARTH wasn't even around until 9 billion years after the 'big bang' phase LOL As for heaven no such phenomenon has been observed ever !

Thank you my dear brother
1_
That is why I said
Must be
Study the Koran and the certainty of phenomena including
We offer to the world
The theories
And of course will find in the Quran, only a right

Any Muslim, whether ordinary or learner

Knows automatically all scientific phenomena
Because of its presence in the Holy Qur'an has already
Since 1433 year

I would say ennin that your above statement has to be one of the most ignorant Ive yet read on this forum. It is simply incorrect.

'A Muslim knows all scientific phenomena because it has been described in the Qur'an.

FACT:

a) It hasnt. Not even the most learned scientists will say that they know all scientific phenomena. Thats absurd. New scientific theories are being discussed, explored and tested
all the time.

b) The Quran does NOT describe all scientific phenomena. Perhaps you'd like to point out where in the Quran it discusses Antimatter catalyzed nuclear pulse propulsion or perhaps nuclear chain reaction- or dinosaurs.....?

Quote me 24:45 and again, as Ive said, it might fit into the 'generalities' category where one could say that because it was written that the Creator created all creatures on earth that this proves that this automatically refers to and that they knew about dinosaurs because dinosaurs can fit into the category of 'creatures'

talk about throwing the net wide. Sure youre bound to catch something that way. lol.

btw - re the quote about sperm. Insofar as it does NOT specify:

.quan·ti·ty (kwnt-t)
n. pl. quan·ti·ties
1.
a. A specified or indefinite number or amount.

Actually not so much a quantity signifying the possibility of plural, but not stating as much, but the scientific FACT of ONE and ONE ONLY.

So why didnt it state this eg; life is created from ONE sperm fertilising an egg not a 'small quantity' ?

Could it mean that they had a fair idea but didnt know specifically - though I suppose we could get into a philisophical discussion about the metaphysical meaning of a 'small quantity,etc,etc,etc'......

A generality can encompass a range - of course it throws its net wide. Science attempts to define the specific and then further validate through empirical evidence to prove. From a knowledge point of view science improves upon religion - but then its function is different.
