Ireland Conflict

British commander of King's Own British Regiment in 1976 giving interview. Interesting stuff, anyone got any more info on what went on in Ireland during that time? I didn't even know there was a conflict in Ireland period. Oh, and what was it about in the first place?

Looks like Ireland has had a pretty interesting history that I wasn't even aware of.
