I never said. According to a historian I know and other people, Islam is practiced at the 33rd Degree. I'm still sketchy about the validity of this and I posted his article about it here in the forum somewhere. Trying to look for it.

The Papacy forbids catholics to join freemasonry. But then people say its a Papal conspiracy - but it has stronger roots in the German protestant tradition and WASP societies.

ALBERT PIKE: GRAND MASTER, SCOTTISH RITE

Blood oaths are a part of initiation rites written by Albert Pike, the Grand Master of the Scottish Rite Lodge in the United States and internationally, from 1859 to 1891. He was the author of the initiation rites and one of the founding members of the Klu Klux Klan. He was charged by the Union Army as a suspect in the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln, arrested in Canada and pardoned by President Andrew Johnson, also a mason. All of the suspects in the murder of Lincoln were Scottish Rite masons (Pike, Benjamin, Belmont, and Booth). Judah Benjamin escaped the England and never returned to America. Pike, a Confederate general, founder of the KKK (a terrorist organization) and suspect in the assassination of the President of the United States has a statue in his honor in Judiciary Square in downtown Washington, D.C.. The initiation rite for the Master mason involves the death and resurrection of Master Hiram Mabif… much like that of Jesus, Osiris, Lazarus and the so-called Negro.

HOUSE OF THE TEMPLE OF SOLOMON OF THE 33rd DEGREE

Elite 33rd degree masons meet at the Mother Supreme Council on 16th Street to determine the agenda for the year or for the decade, under the guidance of the “pope”. The Presidents of the United States belong to this lodge once they qualify at 33 degrees. I have seen pictures of the various members upon visiting the Mother Lodge which include Presidents, entertainers, generals and admirals, astronauts and business leaders.

In 1312 Pope Clement V ordered leaders of the Knights Templar burned at the stake for secretly practicing Islam and ancient African rituals . He was backed by the army of King Phillip IV of France. Some of the Templars escaped to England and Scotland and surfaced as a strong organization in the early 1700s.

A lot of that is true - but a lot of it simply isnt right - the stuff about the illuminati for instance.

What they do is look for links and then connect them in a spurious way. The idea for instance that H.G.Wells was a nwo conspiracist because of his scientific empiricism - thats nonsense - Wells was a product of his time and believed in ideas which he believed were progressive - he didnt see what would occur out of tghose things - and he died disillusioned.

A lot of it is a 'reconstruction' of history to create a picture - or a gathering of facts to fit the idea - but it existed in a different historical and cultural context.

The bad historians - if you can even call them historians would have you believe that Stalin and Churchill and Hitler were all co-conspirators - they are complete and utter loons.
