Alright, with my subject being what it is I should say that although I am a fan I listen to all sorts of music and no specific artists dominate my playlist. Maybe, that will change. I never say never. And I am a fan of underground hip-hop but again, it's not the only genre of music that I listen to.

I grew up in Fort Collins and Boulder, Colorado. I first saw Immortal Technique in Denver and then again in Boulder. I went to see Nas but I fell in love with IT. I felt so changed by that night. Many hip-hop artists try to give important messages in their music, but in my humble opinion, none like IT. I feel proud to say that I've introduced his music to several of my friends. I'm glad the Revolution can spread.

I'll be honest, because honesty is the only language I speak; I'm not sure if I will be able to stay committed to this forum. I am easily distracted and when life gets busy..I can make excuses. I would like to stay part of this group as long as there are mutual benefits. And when I say benefits, I mean intellectually ;)

Here's to what I hope is an eye-opening, REAL experience full of people who want to create dialogue about things that really matter.

What's up. I'll second ChunChu's post. Check out some of the threads around here and you won't be disapointed. I felt the same way at first and now I check in everyday (lol, the iPhone helps with that). Hope to hear your thoughts on some stuff and maybe even get into a heated discussion or 2 with you.

Welcome brother. Like these two guys said, you will not be disappointed by the level of intellect you will find on this forum. Be wise about what you say, or claim, cause we have many members who will challenge your opinions and debate "heatedly," as Shakur said.

Tech has a large variety of fans. People listen to him from very many different races and backgrounds also there are a lot of women that listen to tech as well as men. There is not a certain "look" for someone who listens to tech. Welcome to the forums, speak your mind, learn.
