Help Finding Presentation

I can't find it using the search engine, maybe I never saw it here

But I remember there being a presentation by a white guy who stayed with Native Americans for a during of time, all I recall from it was that he was very emotional. I think he cried during and after.

But it had vast amounts of information and I'd like to re-watch it.

If you have any sources on why the Native Americans are living in underdeveloped reservations / why their conditions can be considered dire, it'd be appreciated.
