Wow it went from 3 pages to 8!!! I had to go through each post.

I have to agree with Sean about not judging people, but how can we not. I mean the clothes u wear does in fact reflect who u r and what ur beliefs. I mean look at Vegan and how he dresses it definitely reflects what he supports and beliefs. So saying that dressing in a certain way doesn't reflect someone's personality is wrong. The way that teen dress does in fact reflect thir way of thinking, so girls who wear those type of clothes to get attention and am pretty sure not cuz their comfortable.

but nobody, well i know i did not, ever say that it NEVER reflects your beliefs or who you are but that it doesn't ALWAYS reflect. it depends. i mean obviously if you wearing a Tshirt that says fuck obama well i think we understand you thoughts about obama. but what does a blank blue Tshirt mean? a crip? or a blank red Tshirt? a blood? i have a blank blue Tshirt, am i a crip? hmm? or someone that wears regular jeans that dont sag? what are they? a hill billy? a white uncle tom? sure you can judge the cover to a point but not throughly. so you can't say that a girl dressing in skimpy clothe automatically means they a slut or have low self-esteem or are fallowing a fashion.

Well not really, I won't, because i know am going to place where such clothes are acceptable. So I won't be complaining like a "virgin" lol!! I've been to Chicago I didn't see anything like what am seeing in here nowadays!!

You need to come out in the summer time. Just yesterday i was at school in 90 degree weather (F), and I saw some good looking girls with short dresses and big bosoms out there hahaha.

So in the end crazyalaa the answer for your question to why they dress that way depends and could be one (or multiple) of the following reasons: fashion/trend/fit it, low self esteem, negative event, high self esteem, comfortability, and/or simply coz they like it.

So it isn't always coz they want to follow or fit in or be a slut.

Haha. No thanx. Btw 90 F ain't shit for women to handle. Here in the summer when it gets like 122 F I see women wearing the the full black clothing (abaya) and I wonder how they can handle it. I swear sometimes my shoes starts to get so so hot when am walking on the street.

Nothing's wrong with a man wearing booty shorts. It may be weird to some of us, but nothing is essentially wrong about it.

My friends expressed not too long ago how I look like "hoodrat"(lol) after one of the security guards at my school pulled me over. It wouldn' be the first time it has happened. But I could have been a smartass and question his motives in an eloquent matter, but I didn't. My friends could've vouched for me as to how I am.

in the end. it comes down to the fact that we're all human beings. back in the day men and women walked around naked an no none gave a shit. its not like girls are walking around with a flange out and dudes with visible testicle or anything. people look the way they want to look, because for whatever reason it may be, it makes them who they are/who they want to be. you potray it anyway you like, but no one is forcing you to look, befriend, know the person ect.
thats my opinion on this matter.
