My question made it in the interview! Although the answer he gave was the shortest in the whole interview, I am still so so greatful... 1 word answer would do for me.

lol cant please everyone. mainly i was responsible for choosing the questions, i did a draft, showed rest of staff, we modified a few things and were happy with the outcome so overall we all had a say in it. like diego says, we will more than likely have another chance to interview him again in the future so keep the questions coming in on the other thread.

i wasnt 100% satisfied with his answer to the college question but like he said, it depends on the individual - thats something i look forward to asking him about if and when i get to see him again.

Forum: What would you say to those that slowly turn pessimistic about the cause and feel it’s too late for change? Conform to the system? If so, how much?

I.T.: At some point we all conform to things in life, conforming is not a bad thing if it is within the bounds of our values and morals. You have to conform to your age sometimes, obviously if your living your life as a grown man like you did as a child you will find no progress. But it is your mind state and the cause that you serve that guides your direction in life. If you have lost your direction, conforming, to a job, or a style of dress will not provide you will a purpose or with direction. It just masks the greatest failure within yourself to stop believing in yourself.
