Examples of success in legalization and decriminalization of drugs

So guys, are there any other countries and societies that have legalized/decriminalized/or never prohibited certain drugs and have had no repurcussions as a result?

This is a for a paper I'm doing for whether legalizing and decriminalizing drugs is harmful as opponents say. So far, I only have Portugal and the Netherlands.
