I know you can sort of guess what he means, but I wonder if anyone know if there is a deeper meaning of this?
I have heard similiar story actually in the mental hospital about people actually having visions similiar to that, but is that what he means, is it just a sentence or is there any sort of information or experience behind it?

I'm no pro at this but I'd assume he is talking about having vision of a nuclear holocaust on top of him...

When I hear that rhyme I begin to think about the Greek God Atlas carrying the globe while a nuclear holocaust is happening on it...

I don't think there is anything deep about it, I think he is imagining the future,

following line: "...and this is prophecy, the words that i speak from my lungs..."

Many refrences to religion in the verse, so maybe something about book of Revelations or whatever, not sure.

Maybe its a metaphor that he cannot hide from it?
do you think that is a possibility, a massive genocide with no possibility to hide, therefor on top of me ?
