So, came across somebody asking this question on youtube. They seemed to interpret this line as dissing Jodeci. I kinda interpret it differently, but I might be wrong. Just wanna see if anyone else has any thoughts on it.

zak: Nah, listen to the lines that precede it. He's talking about talkin over the city/state/country - but not like Gandhi, not peacefully, and then makes reference to those who he will extract information from - have them "singing like birds". It's a saying for those who snitch. So those who fight against the revolution will be captured will be forced to snitch on the establishment. That's why he uses "singing like KC...." as a metaphor. I'm pretty sure, at least.

user: Yeah see, in the track "Royalty" by Gangstarr, KC and JoJo are on the hook. At the end of the track Primo starts going off on people who rat him out for the samples he's used in tracks. He goes off on people. I've never heard nothing about Jodeci snitching on anyone or anything like that. Don't know if Primo would've had them on the track if he knew they did...
