I'm think the Armed Forces are getting the analogue signal but I'm not sure. I remember my lecturer talking about it and I think that's what he said.

I think it's broadcasting and networking companies that have control over when the signal is stopped.

Those are interesting points. I suppose in theory it would be possible to set up a pirate television station ? That would be a reason to return to the UK

It's completely over April this year I believe. (started in 09)
